Website Usability
The interface of the website poses no difficulty to the customers. One can easily facilitate their selves which information they want to know, as the tabs and links for FAQ, various services, pricing system, and discounts are properly arranged. On the right corner there is a tab for customer’s panel. There is also a price calculator wherein you can compute your order before placing it.
Pricing
Prices vary according to the number of pages, word count, academic level of essay assignment and deadline of submission. A 1-page High school paper with a 14-day grace period before submission can be bought for $12.55. A 1-page Master’s level paper with an 6-hour grace period before submission has a price of $37.95.
Customer Support
The website offers customer support system via toll free telephone communication, live chat, personal messaging and e-mail. The live chat feature takes a long wait for your request to be accepted. Even if accepted, the operator seemed unaware of the assignment, so the information gathered was neither useful nor assistive. The operator was somewhat rude during the conversation, which we find very unprofessional.
The telephone call was not helpful either. We did not manage to talk to anyone because the phone line was busy, cannot be reached or got no answer at all. Customer support is apparently nonexistent over the phone.
E-mail is not an effective way to communicate. Aside from the overload of normal notifications and standard generic updates about the order, there was really no piece of information a client finds useful.
Messages can be sent directly to the admin and the writer. The admin responded quickly though, but not the writer. In fact, the writer rarely communicated with us. And even if the administrator’s replies were quick, those were short and kind of aggressive.
Writing Quality
The website states they cater to all academic level of writing assignments. Our order was composed of a 2-page college paper. Completion time was rather quick, which was a good indication. However, minor alterations were needed to be done. Quality of writing needed a big room for improvement.
Order processing time
It will take you 10 minutes to fill out the order form at the website. SWREG, PayPal and direct credit cards can be used in order to pay orders at MasterPapers.com. As soon as the payment is made, the writer will start working on the order.
Total
The price does not match the quality of writing contained in the final paper. Professionalism of the staff including the administrator, customer support representatives and the writer needs to be improved. We do not recommend using their services on a regular basis because the costs are steep and writing of quality is poor- not really worthy of an investment at all.
