But both staff gave delayed replies to our questions. It was not a pleasant experience. All you can get from e-mail communication is bulks of generic notifications about your order. Someone answered our message via e-mail within 24 hours, not sure if the writer or the administrator, but it did not specifically address the concerned issue. The contact form helped us only at the beginning, before we placed an order. Our questions were mainly about the writer’s credibility and the reply was sent via e-mail. When we asked for more questions, we got no response from anyone after that.
The paper was delivered one day before the deadline, thus giving us adequate time to review the final product. To our dismay, it had plenty of spelling, syntax and punctuation mistakes. The content of the paper did not go with our instructions. It seemed to us that the writer assigned did not know how to write a University level paper. Sentence structure errors were all over the place and the paragraphs were simply incoherent. We suspected slight plagiarism content on our paper.

You need our trust in order for your website to survive operating. Also, take a look at your writers. Maybe the administrator needs to reevaluate their writing skills. Because as far as quality writing is concern, what the writer gave us is way below sub-standard.
