There was a lot of repetitive words and sentences. Some of the sentences were incomplete, or did not make any sense. There was also a lot of broken English.

I tried to resolve the issue couple of times and told the writer to fix the paper, however it got fixed but not the way I wanted it, also the second time I told the writer to fix, she told she did. However, the paper is still the same. nothing has changed. didn't follow the instructions.
